Our Studio

The Main Studio is a calming and intimate space with natural light pouring onto your practice. It’s gently heated, with air purifiers circulating fresh air throughout the room. The Hot Studio is heated according to class style. Mats, blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters are available and regularly cleaned/sanitized. Ease in or out of class with a cup of tea or walk on the farm.

Class sizes are kept small, allowing teachers to offer personal attention and meet the needs of the people within the room with each new day. All levels of practitioners are welcome. As we expand our offerings, opportunities grow to support our community. Please contact Kat McDonnell (Director) with questions about which classes are best for you.

The tea is always brewing, the practice is always here...

  • Instructor: Yoga, Pilates

As a lifelong athlete, Heidi fell in love with the feelings of tranquility, connection, and grounding of a yoga practice - all while getting a phenomenal workout. For those dealing with chronic stiffness, muscle or joint-related pain - she understands your journey. Over her lifetime, like many, she has experienced a few injuries, including a lumbar spinal fusion, cervical fractures, and ligament damage. She found that yoga helps reintroduce movement and pain management, improves stamina, and regains mobility - all while cultivating presence and stress reduction.

Heidi is very passionate about teaching and grateful to share the gift of yoga. She loves seeing the joy and the transformations and MAGIC that yoga brings to people’s lives. Her classes offer a great physical workout, emphasizing alignment and breath work - "Work the body to quiet the mind." She started her teaching journey with a 500 hr. – 26&2 in 2008. Always learning and growing, in addition to the 26&2, she now leads classes in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga HIIT, Yin, Guided Meditations, and Yoga Nidra. She loves to laugh - often at herself ☺. You will leave Heidi’s class feeling energized and refreshed.

Shelly Grande is a Reiki Master of Masters and International Yoga Teacher. She has studied many inspiring lineages, purity being of utmost importance to her. Her first Yoga Teacher Training was in 2015 with Nicki Doane and Eddie Mondastini of Maya Yoga in Maui, Hawaii.

She was a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner for years prior and beyond with Kimberly Dahlman of Yoga East Yoga. Upon returning from Maui, Jonas Zev invited her to step into the fire of teaching at the various locations of Zev Yoga on the NH Seacoast. At the same time, she met her Reiki Master, Laurra Sheldon, through her Master Numerologist Darlene Chadborne. She had completed Reiki trainings in the past, however, when she learned of Laurra’s pure lineage to Dr Usui, she began again.

Over the years, she expanded her teachings of Yoga and Reiki around the New England Seacoast and Globally. She learned the importance of balance and began her Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Josh Summers in 2019. I was born and raised in South FL, where my endless love affair with yoga began at the young age of 15 with traditional 26&2. Through that, I got to explore and continue my Asana education. At the age of 24, I fulfilled my dream of opening and running my own yoga school, Original Hot Yoga 305 (OH305).

This school allowed me to teach and share it all! In addition to offering 26&2, this school was a space where folks could be curious about different approaches to yoga like Ashtanga, traditional Hatha, movement meditation, mantra y más!

During the pandemic, OHY305 closed down, but the school still lives within me. I now have the amazing pleasure of traveling and sharing all the knowledge I learned in my yoga education and experience.

Yoga has been the only constant and solid community in my life. After over 20 years of being an active member of this community, I see how yoga/ asana gives us many tools for the greater good and healing. I can’t wait to meet you and share!
