Yoga & Pilates
Heidi is a lifelong athlete, Heidi fell in love with the feelings of tranquility, connection, and grounding of a yoga practice - all while getting a phenomenal workout. For those dealing with chronic stiffness, muscle or joint-related pain - she understands your journey. Over her lifetime, like many, she has experienced a few injuries, including a lumbar spinal fusion, cervical fractures, and ligament damage. She found that yoga helps reintroduce movement and pain management, improves stamina, and regains mobility - all while cultivating presence and stress reduction.
Heidi is very passionate about teaching and grateful to share the gift of yoga. She loves seeing the joy and the transformations and MAGIC that yoga brings to people’s lives. Her classes offer a great physical workout, emphasizing alignment and breath work - "Work the body to quiet the mind." She started her teaching journey with a 500 hr. – 26&2 in 2008. Always learning and growing, in addition to the 26&2, she now leads classes in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga HIIT, Yin, Guided Meditations, and Yoga Nidra. She loves to laugh - often at herself ☺. You will leave Heidi’s class feeling energized and refreshed.

Sarah Gnerre has been practicing yoga regularly for over 20 years. She began competing in the 50+ division in 2015. Her many influential teachers have included Sara Curry, Elizabeth Marshall, Glenn Brown, Louise Giordani, Ida Jo Pajunen, Scott Lamps, Joseph Encinia, and many others to whom she is most grateful for their patience and wisdom. In 2018, Sarah completed a Hatha yoga 500-hour training under Craig Villani.
After a long career as a development executive raising millions in higher education, healthcare, the arts, and humane organizations, she now serves as a fundraising coach with Five Maples Development Communications, where she is vice president of philanthropy. She regularly presents development and grant-writing seminars at fundraising conferences and is an instructor in the Nonprofit Leadership program at the University of New Hampshire. Yoga
Louise started taking hot yoga classes in Boston in 2000 while recuperating from knee surgery. She was a daily runner, and the recovery kept her off the road for a few weeks. Like so many runners, she rose to the challenge and intensity of the hot yoga class and started a daily practice. Louise became a certified 500-hour 26&2 teacher in 2007 and is trained in Advanced 84 Yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga, and Inferno Hot Pilates; and co-owned two hot yoga studios for six years. She continues to teach in studios all over New England and has been a dedicated and constant student. Her practice and teaching have provided a path to healing and growing emotionally and physically for over twenty years. She is continually inspired by how much is possible within each of us.

Guide on Forest Trails
Danele (RYT 200) has been practicing a variety of yoga styles for the past decade, including Baptiste Power Yoga. In 2018, at the age of 60, Danele was inspired to complete her 200-hour yoga teaching training with Soulfire Power Yoga. She has continued training, including becoming certified in yin yoga (with Sagel Urlacher) and a current study of Mat Pilates (through the Pilates Instructor Academy). Danele finds that both yoga and pilates are a great compliment to each other and to her personally. She has been a Newmarket NH resident for over 20 years. Danele resonates deeply with the following quote: “May we all learn to give and receive compassion, live free from fear, and dwell in peace.”
