Experience a day of movement, meditation, and connection on a lush 150 acre expanse of historic New Hampshire farmland. With farm-fresh air and s p a c e t o b r e a t h e, this half-day retreat is an opportunity to move with community and to nurture your whole self through a variety of unique classes led by experienced instructors. Guests will flow between classes in small groups, enjoying different aspects of this beautiful property along the way. Space is limited to 30 guests.
This is a donation-based event supporting the Robinwood Center: a neighboring farm with the mission to foster opportunities for dialogue and action on issues of sustainability, justice, and healing in the NH & ME seacoast region. Click here to learn more.

Reminders:
Bring a yoga mat and cushion (if desired for meditation). We will have sanitized mats and props to loan out if needed!
Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle.
Bring comfortable shoes for walking trails (if desired).
Swimming: Both the pool and the spring fed pond will be available for a dip! Pack a swimsuit and towel.
Upon arrival, follow signs for parking and check-in table.
